Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager: Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance activities

Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes school wide

Maintain and evolve policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting requirements

Guide HR systems administration, workers' compensation, and retirement plans

The HR Manager directly supervises payroll operations and staff

Qualifications for the HR Manager: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management, finance, or related discipline

At least 5 years of progressive HR and benefits experience

Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance

Prior people management experience in an HR Manager or senior HR capacity
