ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Inspecting to the AQL 1.0 Sampling Plan, 100% Visual inspection Per Aerospace Standards.
Operating Shear Test Unit for Customer Required Shear Strength Results
Performing Functional Gage Inspections.
Operating Handheld gaging.
Perform Roaming Inspection on Production Floor
Blueprint reading and interpretation of basic GD & T symbols
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
Maintain and clean equipment before and after each shift

Requirements

Position Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
Overtime support as needed
Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
Strong attention to detailed paperwork/routers
Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow instructions
Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed
Must have a reliable attendance history and good work performance history
Ability to maintain a high energy level
