About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a dynamic enterprise software team. This role demands deep expertise across the full technology stack — from modern front-end frameworks through to back-end services, data architecture, and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader, driving architectural decisions and mentoring junior team members while delivering complex, mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack enterprise web applications using Angular, React, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using .NET 6/Core/Framework and C#.
• Build and maintain data access layers (DAL), Entity Framework integrations, and WCF/WPF components.
• Implement clean architecture, object-oriented design principles, and microservice authentication patterns.
• Develop public-facing web applications and internal enterprise tools across medical records, scheduling, BI, and licensing domains.

Data & Business Intelligence

• Design and implement SQL Server and Azure SQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Build and maintain Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and strongly typed datasets.
• Develop BI solutions and reporting pipelines integrated with enterprise data platforms.
• Create and maintain DAL components and data integration patterns across enterprise systems.

DevOps & ALM

• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build and release automation.
• Work with Git, TFS, and Subversion for source control and branching strategies.
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure, including Azure SQL Server and cloud-native services.
• Maintain and improve DevOps hygiene, pipeline health, and deployment tooling.

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical design and architecture reviews, producing functional and technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, business analysts, and non-technical audiences.
• Manage and coordinate development, QA, and support teams through delivery cycles.
• Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Front-End: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3.
• Back-End: ASP.NET MVC, .NET 6/Core/Framework, C#, Entity Framework, WCF, WPF.
• Data: SQL Server, Azure SQL, SSAS, Microsoft Analysis Services, strongly typed datasets.
• DevOps/ALM: Azure DevOps, Git, TFS, Build & Release Pipelines, Azure, Subversion.
• Architecture: Object-oriented design, clean architecture, microservice authentication, API design, database design.

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead or senior developer on complex, multi-team projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience delivering across multiple domains (e.g., medical records, scheduling, BI, public-facing web applications).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
