Marketing Automation QA Specialist (SFMC) (Hybrid)

Location: Mettawa, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 44 per hourAre you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert with an eagle eye for detail? A leader in the pharma space is seeking a Marketing Automation QA Specialist to join our Digital Lab. In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring our high-complexity omnichannel 1:1 marketing programs are executed flawlessly. You will play an integral part in building world-class customer journeys by performing technical and functional QA on everything from creative builds and SQL queries to complex automation and journey logic. Responsibilities:

Perform rigorous QA checks and documentation on high-complexity omnichannel campaigns, ensuring all elements (creative, automations, queries, and journeys) function perfectly.

Ensure high-quality, on-time, and error-free implementation within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Create and maintain standard quality control documents, ensuring strict adherence to department management policies.

Identify gaps in QA processes and implement innovative improvements to raise the bar for accuracy and completeness.

Participate in agile delivery activities and provide regular project updates and risk assessments to the Associate Director.

Qualifications

Certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is required.

Bachelor's Degree.

3-4 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, or 1:1 marketing.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in either campaign build or technical QA.

Proficiency in SQL, HTML/CSS, and MS Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logic and infer actionable learnings.
