Experience
- 8–12+ years in business analysis
- Strong domain experience in Retail / Payments / Oil & Gas operations
- Experience in controls, compliance, or audit-related assessments
- Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA, PMI-PBA or Agile certification (CSM / SAFe) – Preferred
Responsibilities
- Focus Area- Business Process, Requirements
- Lead Business Controls Assessment (core stream)
- Identify and document existing business processes and controls in SPOL
- Discover undocumented/manual controls and operational practices
- Perform gap analysis between current controls vs required controls
- Assess fraud risk scenarios and business exposure points
- Define future-state business controls and governance recommendations
- Map controls to system capabilities (SPOL vs DCC or future state)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops for validation (Finance / Ops teams)
- Ensure traceability of findings → risks → recommendations
- Support effort estimation for business/process remediation
