Company Description A Reputed 3 Star Hotel in the Central Business District of Bangalore having an established presence since the past 25 Years.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Central Business District of Bangalore. The Sales Executive will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, leisure, banquet sales and group bookings, while nurturing relationships with existing clients and travel partners. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls and site visits, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with reservations and front office teams, and maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in promotional activities and events, and collaborating with marketing to support campaigns and packages that drive occupancy and revenue. The Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets, provide regular performance reports, and represent the hotel professionally in all external interactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or tourism, with strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation. A person having experience in Sales specifically in the Central Business District of Bangalore is mandatory.
- Ability to prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
