About the Opportunity
We're seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support an established customer success team by helping existing customers renew their services and ensuring they receive a seamless support experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and balancing both outbound outreach and inbound support.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact existing customers regarding upcoming renewals and retention opportunities.
- Manage an inbound queue and respond to customer inquiries.
- Route leads to the appropriate internal teams.
- Deliver a high level of customer service across phone and written communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure questions are resolved and needs are met.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
- Experience handling inbound customer inquiries and outbound customer calls.
- Background in lead management or customer follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Standard business hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT.
