About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the quality assurance lifecycle for our AI-driven healthcare platforms.

In this role, you will ensure that every feature whether a small UI improvement or a major AI integration meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing for Web and Mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Validate new product features and AI enhancements to ensure functionality and performance.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Identify potential bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks proactively.
• Execute and maintain regression testing suites to ensure new releases do not affect existing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to prioritize and resolve defects.
• Create detailed test cases, test plans, and bug reports for accurate documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Strong experience in Web and Mobile application testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman).
• Knowledge of Chrome DevTools and debugging tools.
• Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Interest or experience in AI model testing, including validation of accuracy and reliability.
• Experience with Healthcare software, HIPAA compliance, or EHR integrations.
• Healthcare Experience:

Experience working with Healthcare, HealthTech platforms, HIPAA compliance, EHR/EMR systems, or medical software will be an added advantage.
