Customer Service Representative / Front Counter Sales

Carson's Pizzeria is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused team member to join our front counter team.

This position is much more than answering phones and taking orders. You are the first impression of Carson's Pizzeria and play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the best meal for their needs.

If you enjoy talking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and naturally recommend products without being pushy, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Answer phones and accurately enter customer orders.
• Process walk-in, phone, and online pickup orders.
• Recommend menu items, combo meals, desserts, drinks, and current promotions to increase order value.
• Ensure every order is accurate before it leaves the store.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to minimize mistakes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter.
• Restock beverages, sauces, menus, and customer supplies.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience every visit.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Comfortable recommending products and upselling.
• Detail-oriented with excellent order accuracy.
• Able to multitask during busy periods.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
