Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Javascript) to join our dynamic team to work on our clinician web applications and cloud, which help doctors, nurses and pharmacists remotely monitor their patient populations. Example of a web application that we recently developed: WebRTC-based video calling web module for nurses to remotely assess patients.

Responsibilities

Team up with designers and developers to build the next generation of components of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform;
Take responsibility for performance, quality and security;
Keep up with React, Node.js other javascript technologies, especially for backend;
Work closely with our team to contribute to and develop and improve our backend architecture
Work with our product team to find innovative solutions to our customer’s challenge.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily, retrospectives, demos, etc.);

Qualifications

Education: Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field;
Experience: 5+ years in JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue and Node.js.. Typescript a+
Experience with Javascript or Typescript for backend development;
Experience in development with one of the major cloud vendors (Azure, AWS etc);
Passion for writing code that is scalable, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested
Personality: High-level of curiosity, attention to detail and team spirit;
Bilingual: French & English;
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Experience with NestJS
Personal connection with healthcare and remote patient monitoring.
