Job Description
Role Overview This is a systems ownership role, not a coordination or support position. We are hiring someone to take full ownership of our LMS (LearnWorlds) and CRM (HubSpot) systems, ensuring data integrity, participant access, and program operations run flawlessly in real time. This role requires proven, hands-on experience managing an LMS at the admin level. You must be able to independently manage course setup, enrollments, troubleshooting, and data accuracy without training or supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring our training programs and support groups operate seamlessly across systems. This includes managing live operations, resolving issues immediately, and maintaining accurate data across platforms. If you have primarily supported programs, facilitated trainings, or used LMS platforms as a user or trainer—but have not owned the system—this role is not a fit. Key Responsibilities LMS Systems Ownership (Primary Responsibility)
- Own LMS platform end-to-end (LearnWorlds or equivalent)
- Manage
- Course setup and structure
- Participant enrollment and access
- Permissions and user management
- Troubleshoot LMS issues independently in real time
- Maintain data integrity across LMS and CRM (HubSpot)
- Identify and resolve system issues proactively
- Ensure all LMS workflows support accurate reporting and program delivery CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate participant data across LMS and HubSpot
- Ensure alignment between registration, enrollment, and reporting
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems
- Support reporting accuracy for trainings and programs Training Operations (Secondary)
- Coordinate logistics for training programs and support groups
- Monitor participant progress, attendance, and completion
- Ensure all communications, materials, and systems are aligned
- Resolve operational issues during live programs Live Session Operations
- Lead Zoom session setup and management
- Troubleshoot participant access and technical issues in real time
- Support facilitators during sessions Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years managing an LMS at the admin level (required)
- Must have directly handled

- LMS troubleshooting
- System-level data management
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Experience maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems What We Are Looking For
- Someone who has owned an LMS platform, not just used or supported it

- Ability to operate in fast-paced, real-time environments Technical Requirements
- LMS platform experience (LearnWorlds strongly preferred)
- CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
- Advanced Zoom experience (hosting, breakout rooms, troubleshooting)
- Strong Google Workspace skills Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Must be able to support participants in both languages in real time Work Requirements
- Must be located in the United States
- Must be available 1000 AM – 700 PM ET
- Must be fully available during live sessions and trainings
- Must be able to respond quickly to issues during operations Compensation
