About arenaflex's Public Sector Deal Team arenaflex's Public Sector Deal Team is a high-performing team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping our public sector customers achieve their business outcomes through the adoption of arenaflex's cloud services. As a member of this team, you'll be working closely with C-level executives, IT, and various lines of business to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that drive growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities * Engage with public sector customers on strategic, large, complex opportunities to increase the growth of arenaflex's Public Sector business and establish arenaflex as their key cloud technology provider * Partner with AWS customers, AWS field sales, and other internal stakeholders to empower our customers to rapidly grow, address their challenges, and create innovative solutions * Work with AWS Service teams on developing commercial business models that align with customer goals * Earn trust with customers by creating an actionable strategy and structure for the opportunity that meets the customer's goals * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that drive growth and innovation * Develop and present technology use cases that demonstrate the value of arenaflex's cloud services to public sector customers Essential Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in a deals/sales environment working with teams on structuring of strategic, complex opportunities, and/or customer-facing in a solutions-oriented capacity * 5+ years working in Public Sector (State & Local, Federal, Higher Education, and Contractors) * BA or BS or equivalent experience * Fluent English Preferred Qualifications * Advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience * Direct field experience or knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including pricing and technical knowledge * Demonstrated success in building and presenting technology use cases, ideally in arenaflex products and services * Strong analytical and presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences * Understanding of competitive landscape and ability to provide deal guidance accordingly * Cultivation of best practices through analysis and reporting in support of continuous improvement * Working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, legal, etc.) as necessary Skills and Competencies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences * Strong presentation and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of cloud technology and its applications in the public sector Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits * arenaflex is committed to helping you develop into a better-rounded professional through ongoing training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities * Collaborate with experienced professionals who are passionate about driving business growth and customer satisfaction * Participate in arenaflex's employee-led affinity groups and ongoing events and learning experiences that foster a culture of inclusion and diversity * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning Work Environment and Company Culture * arenaflex values work-life harmony and strives for flexibility as part of our working culture * Our inclusive team culture empowers employees to be proud of their differences and encourages ongoing learning and growth * arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected Compensation, Perks, and Benefits * Competitive base pay ranging from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market * Variable pay via a sales compensation plan that pays according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives * Eligibility for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off How to Apply If you're a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about driving business growth and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join arenaflex's Public Sector Deal Team.
