Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user incidents and requests while ensuring compliance with SLAs and user satisfaction.
• Contribute to the ticket reduction strategy (continuous improvement).
• Train users according to their needs (new features, new users, new companies integrated into the group, etc.).
• Perform configuration actions based on the needs of subsidiaries or project teams (new companies, new accounts, changes to closing periods, etc.).
• For certain applications, participate in the review of financial data submitted by subsidiaries and provide associated reporting.

Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Finance or ACCA Level 2.

Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Finance/General Accounting.

Good knowledge of financial and accounting ERP systems.

Ability to independently analyze and resolve incidents.
