As a Director- Commercial Leasing for our client in Pune, your role will involve leading the office leasing and corporate real estate vertical. You should bring deep expertise in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, market expansion, and client acquisition. Your strong business acumen, relationship management, and leadership capabilities will be essential to drive revenue growth and establish our company as a preferred partner for enterprises seeking office spaces.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop SOP's for Division
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Handling all kinds of transactions for corporate clients
  • Building a strong network in the domain
  • Exposure to both domestic and international (Dubai) markets will be an added advantage
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Representing the company in industry events, conferences, and real estate forums to enhance brand positioning
  • Team Management & Collaboration
  • Leasing & Client Management: Collaborate with enterprise clients, build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, landlords, IPCs, and lead end-to-end leasing operations
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Experience: 5-12 years in commercial real estate leasing, business development, or corporate real estate
  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Real Estate / Business Management preferred
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and successful closure of large commercial leasing transactions
  • Strong network across corporate clients and developers
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

The successful candidate should have the ability to generate revenue, close large transactions, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and developers.
