The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, market expansion, and client acquisition. This role demands strong business acumen, relationship management, and leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth and establish us as a preferred partner for enterprises seeking office spaces.Location : PuneWork from the officeShould be open to travelDesired Candidate Profile and job responsibilities:- Experience: 05-12 years in commercial real estate leasing, business development, or corporate real estate.- Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Real Estate / Business Management preferred.- Proven track record of revenue generation and successful closure of large commercial leasing transactions.- Strong network across corporate clients and developers- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.- Develop SOP's for Division- Sales Strategy & Execution- All kinds of transactions for corporate- Strong Network in Domain- Exposure to both domestic and international (Dubai) markets will be an added advantage.- Stakeholder engagement- Represent us in industry events, conferences, and real estate forums to enhance brand positioning.- Team Management & CollaborationLeasing & Client Management - Collaborate with enterprise clients, - Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, landlords, IPCs - Lead end-to-end leasing operations Salary not a bar for right candidate.Interview will be in-person only. no VC at allVandana
