Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities by monitoring comments, messages, and mentions to build strong audience relationships.
• Optimise social media profiles, bios, and content formats according to platform trends and algorithm updates.
• Execute organic and paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectives, promotions, and product launches.
• Track and analyse performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions to improve results.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, content ideas, and growth opportunities.
