Position: Medical Trainer.

Position Overview:

CARE 24 is looking for a passionate and confident Medical Trainer to deliver high-quality training to healthcare staff and support skill development across clinical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Conduct structured and engaging training sessions for medical and caregiving staff to

enhance clinical knowledge and practical skills.

● Develop and prepare comprehensive training materials, modules, presentations, and

learning resources aligned with healthcare standards.

● Stay updated with the latest medical practices, clinical guidelines, and industry

developments, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.

● Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, and feedback sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.

● Provide continuous guidance, mentoring, and support to trainees to improve competency and confidence in patient care.

● Maintain training records, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to internal training

protocols and quality standards.

What we are looking at:

● Candidate with a qualification in B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, or GNM.

● Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in clinical training, nursing, or

healthcare settings can apply.

● Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain medical

concepts clearly.

● Confidence in addressing and engaging groups during training sessions.

● Passion for learning, teaching, and knowledge sharing within healthcare teams.

● Basic computer proficiency for preparing training materials, presentations, and reports.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
