Job Responsibilities:
- Desktop / Laptop installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- Network setup (LAN/WAN), basic router & switch configuration
- Printer & peripheral support
- Onsite technical support at client locations (Bank / Govt offices)
- Handling hardware issues & coordination with vendors
- Regular system maintenance and updates
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop / Laptop)
- Windows OS installation & support
- Field work readiness
Eligibility:
- Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / ITI (IT/Computer)
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
