Capital Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD. Duties

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Negotiate terms and pricing effectively to close sales while maintaining client satisfaction
Run pre-scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners
Present remodeling solutions including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and roofs
Present samples, takes measurements, and create a 2d design
Prepare proposals and discuss pricing and financing options
Close sales and ensure a great customer experience
Maintain professionalism and follow-up with customers as needed

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate, Finance industry
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to property sales and client acquisition
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging clients and collaborating with team members
Demonstrated organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks related to real estate and finance transactions
