We’re hiring a Permanent Full-Time Service Advisor to be the heart and soul of our service drive.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Main Event)

As our Service Advisor, you are the ultimate bridge between our awesome customers and our talented technicians. You’ll transform complex auto jargon into clear, actionable choices for our drivers!

• Be the Welcoming Crew: Greet clients with high energy and make them feel right at home from the moment they pull up.

• Play Automotive Detective: Perform walk-arounds, inspect vehicles, and ask the right questions to get to the root of the problem.

• Master the Consultative Sales Flow: Present repair options and maintenance plans clearly, helping customers choose the best path forward—no high-pressure pushiness, just honest guidance!

• Keep the Engine Running: Work hand-in-hand with our tech and parts teams to ensure repairs are done right and on time.

• Stay in Touch: Keep customers updated via their preferred channel (text, call, or email) so they’re never left in the dark.

• Crush Goals: Hit and exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction ratings while delivering red-carpet service!
