Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components following best practices.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux and RTK Query.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests using React Testing Library.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Redux, RTK Query, and React Testing Library.
- Good understanding of component-driven architecture and state management.
- Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end tools.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.'
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:70,000 to 90,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
