Engineers will be working with cutting edge tech stack, collaborating closely with the Machine Learning/Intelligence team.Your Role Independent contributor with minimum guidance needed to navigate through the software development process.Working closely with client stakeholders on day-to-day assignments.Helping and supporting junior and new team membersObtains tasks from the project lead prepares functional and design specifications, approves them with all stakeholders.Troubleshooting and optimizing microservicesYour skills and experience 6+ years of extensive experience in Java backend language..Able to work on ambiguous tasks independently.Strong understanding of microservices, Sprong Boot, Kubernetes and APIs and end-to-end development from developing to testing.Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale system/product, like APIs, high volume data pipelines, distributed systems, and efficient algorithmsWillingness to work across the backend stack to address technical challenges anywhere in the system.Hands on experience with any modern databaseHands-on working with GenAI tools, Claude Code.Exposure to Python, NodeJS is highly valuedThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $62,874 - $147,504Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
