🔧 Role Overview

We are looking for a Lab Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in automotive ECU hardware setup, testing, and diagnostics. If you have expertise in test bench setups, ECU flashing, and automotive communication protocols, this is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware-level setup of Automotive ECUs (Infotainment / Vehicle Systems)
• Execute ECU flashing, bring-up, and integration testing
• Work with full test bench setups including power supply (AC/DC), wiring harness, and communication interfaces
• Analyze and validate vehicle network communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay)
• Perform DTC validation and UDS diagnostics testing
• Collect logs and conduct hardware-level root cause analysis
• Ensure proper ECU connectivity with vehicle/simulation environments
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Vector tools/boxes and automotive communication protocols
• Hands-on experience in ECU hardware testing and debugging
• Experience with ECU flashing tools and procedures
• Good understanding of wiring harness, pinouts, and electrical connections
• Knowledge of UDS diagnostics and DTC handling
• Familiarity with automotive lab/test bench setups
