ABOUT CFMWS

THE ROLE
As a Shift Supervisor, you provide retail services to a unique client base—members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF)—and help your community. You handle customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize refunds, voids and returns. You hold keys, safe combinations and access codes, and open and close the store as required. You supervise employees.
- Provide additional retail services such as regular retail, dry cleaning, lottery, self‑serve gas and postal services.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, debit/credit machines and maintain a float.
- Take and prepare food and beverage orders and prepare takeout food while ensuring cleanliness of food service and eating areas.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses
An acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Food Handling Certification, as required.
