Testing Inventory Operations Coordinator

Support laboratory testing as an Inventory Specialist. Monitor and manage inventory through the SAP system to maintain essential supplies for operations.

In this full-time temporary role, you will oversee inventory levels and serve as the key liaison between Testing Operations and logistics teams. Your expertise in managing inventories within SAP will enhance operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess robust knowledge of inventory management within a laboratory context, complemented by strong communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor SAP inventory levels
• Reconcile received logistics items with SAP records
• Ensure essential supplies are always available
• Assess Minimum/Maximum levels for optimization
• Train staff on SAP inventory functionalities

Requirements

• College diploma in Business or Operations management
• Certification in inventory management is preferred
• At least five years' experience in inventory roles
• Proficiency in SAP and relevant applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
