Network Administration and Modernization Specialist

Location: Arborfield

Lead enterprise network initiatives as a Network Administrator. Ensure high availability of network and voice services while innovating in both on-premises and hybrid setups.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the infrastructure, providing support for network performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Your work will involve advancing modernization efforts and implementing security measures that align with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure day-to-day support for network and voice services
• Monitor network availability and troubleshoot incidents
• Address issues, escalating as necessary
• Implement security controls in network operations
• Support lifecycle management and modernization efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related area
• At least 5 years of experience in IT systems administration
• Practical experience with various infrastructure domains
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and cloud operations
• Strong communication and automation skills
