Enterprise Network and Security Administrator

Elevate enterprise network services as a skilled Network Administrator. Support voice, connectivity, and security in both on-premises and hybrid environments while driving modernization initiatives.

This role requires you to provide operational support for network and voice/video services, including LAN/WAN and firewalls. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and engage in complex problem resolution. Additionally, you will support modernization efforts and maintain security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for network services
• Monitor network performance and respond to incidents
• Investigate and resolve complex networking issues
• Maintain security controls and perform vulnerability remediation
• Support disaster recovery and service resiliency initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills with scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and cloud environments
