Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA teams for solution delivery
• Support configuration activities including workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Ensure alignment between business processes and Salesforce capabilities
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in Salesforce implementations
