• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (if applicable)
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
• Coordinate with technical teams, business analysts, and QA teams for smooth delivery
• Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards
