Job description
We're looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in selling marketing services to join our team. Your role will involve taking scheduled calls with interested automotive shop owners, following up with inbound leads, and proactively reaching out to shop owners across the United States and Canada.
You'll be speaking with business owners who have either expressed interest in our services or have been identified as strong prospects.
This position is only for experienced marketing sales professionals. You must have a proven track record of selling marketing services, websites, lead generation, or similar digital marketing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct scheduled sales calls with automotive shop owners
- Follow up with inbound inquiries and perform outbound prospecting
- Present our marketing solutions with confidence
- Follow our proven sales process
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision making process
- Aim to close deals during the initial conversation whenever possible
- Maintain strong daily call activity and sales performance
Compensation
- $300 to $500 CAD commission for every closed sale, depending on the package sold
- Base salary with sales targets
- Consistent lead flow provided by the company
Requirements
- Previous experience selling marketing services, websites, or lead generation solutions is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with business owners over the phone and on video calls
- Able to follow a structured sales process
- Comfortable making 100 or more outbound calls per day
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office
This is not an entry level position.
You should already be confident selling marketing services to small business owners over the phone.
Experience
- Proven experience selling websites, marketing services, or lead generation solutions is required
- Experience closing one call sales is highly preferred
- Comfortable speaking with small business owners
- Able to maintain performance while managing a high volume of daily calls
- Thrives in a fast paced sales environment
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
