Job Title: CNC Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Southington, CT/ New Britain, CT (Onsite)
Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ERP process routers and BOMs to meet quality, cost, and customer requirements.
- Create process models, engineering drawings, setup documentation, and work instructions.
- Design tooling and workholding solutions, and manage cutting tool selection and fixture development.
- Lead assigned NPI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer schedules.
- Provide shop floor engineering support, including troubleshooting, RCCA, First Article support, and legacy program maintenance.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support engineering quotations, process planning, and machining cycle time estimation.
