Role Description

This is a full-time, salary + commission-based remote position for a Brand Ambassador at Calio. The selected candidate will represent the Calio brand across social media, local business communities, and personal networks to drive awareness and customer acquisition. Daily responsibilities include creating and sharing content about Calio on social channels, reaching out to small business owners in your network, generating referrals, and helping grow Calio's presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.

You will be on the front lines of building Calio's brand in Canada.

What You Will Actually Do

• Share and repost Calio content across your personal Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Introduce Calio to small business owners in your personal and professional network
• Generate referrals and earn commission for every business that signs up
• Provide feedback on marketing content and suggest ideas that resonate with your audience
• Help grow the @caliohq Instagram and Calio LinkedIn page organically

What We Are Looking For

• Active on social media with a genuine following or network
• Connected to small business owners or the local Ottawa business community
• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable talking about a product they believe in
• No experience required, the right personality matters more than a resume
• Bilingual English/French is a strong asset

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Experience in brand ambassadorship and promoting brand awareness is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the value of a product clearly
• Detail-oriented with a goal-driven attitude and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with small business operations and customer challenges is an asset
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or technology-focused roles is advantageous

Compensation

This is a salary based position in combination with a commission-based system with uncapped earning potential. You earn for every business you bring on board, the more you close, the more you make. High performers are rewarded with performance bonuses on top of commission. We believe the people who help build Calio should benefit directly from its growth.
