Job Description

As a Manual Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in our quality assurance team, working remotely in a full-time capacity.

What You'll Do

• Engage with agile methodologies and actively participate in all agile ceremonies.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria effectively.
• Develop comprehensive test plans—both technical and functional—using Service Now.
• Execute test plans to ensure validation of functionality and accuracy of data, maintaining thorough testing documentation in Service Now.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm system integrity.
• Log and prioritize defects with detailed descriptions for the development team to address in Service Now, followed by re-testing and validating resolved defects.
• Support UAT by coordinating with business testers to oversee their progress and manage identified defects.
