  • Procurement & Tracking: Execute high-volume procurement requests with a focus on speed and accuracy. Maintain precise material delivery data to support the Operations Manager in financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Supervisory Role: Supervise, train, and develop team-level operations staff (e.g., Program Specialists), ensuring accountability and responsive support to the engineering teams.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational roadblocks (e.g., supply chain delays, travel issues, resourcing conflicts) and implement immediate, effective solutions.
  • Reporting Assistance: Support the Operations Manager by compiling team-level metrics, action items, and deliverable updates for the monthly Program Management Review (PMR) and CDRL submissions.
  • Process Improvement: Help build and enforce standard operating procedures across procurement, onboarding, and logistics within a fast-growth

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity, directing the daily activities of operational or administrative support staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, urgent requests, and high-volume workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly between technical engineering teams and higher-level program management.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting Counter-UAS, electronic systems, or other defense technology programs.
  • Familiarity with CPFF and T&M contract execution.
  • Experience assisting with the development, tracking, and delivery of CDRLs.
