The Opportunity

Looking for a candidate to support the NSWC Carderock Division's technical code with python development and database administration.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for a role requiring the following technical experience:

• Building and managing REST APIs
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, or GitHub
• Utilizing Jenkins for CI/CD deployment
• Experience with Vue.js and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience working with complex data structures

Qualifications

Required:

• Secret clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years Python Development experience
• 3+ years working experience as a Software Engineer
• 3+ year working with the Flask/Django Web Framework
• Linux development experience
• Oracle development experience (programming experience, data structure definition) Desire/Willingness to learn Ada

• ETL and ELT data experience

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$72,700 - $149,200
