Job description
The Opportunity:
Join a team dedicated to advancing national security through innovative irregular warfare, intelligence, and operations expertise. CACI is seeking a Counter Threat Finance (CTF) Analyst to support a mission focused on identifying, analyzing, and disrupting the financial networks that enable adversaries, terrorist organizations, transnational criminal organizations, and other malign actors to operate.
In this role, you will leverage financial intelligence (FININT), multi-source intelligence, and advanced analytic methodologies to uncover illicit financial activity, identify key network relationships, and develop actionable intelligence that informs operational planning and strategic decision-making. Your analysis will directly support Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Irregular Warfare (IW), and broader national security objectives by helping mission partners identify vulnerabilities, disrupt threat financing, and degrade adversary capabilities.
This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on high-priority national security missions, collaborate with experienced intelligence professionals, and apply your expertise to some of the government's most complex operational challenges. Candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex analytical problems, and are passionate about protecting U.S. interests will find meaningful opportunities for professional growth and mission impact at CACI.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial network analysis to identify, assess, and track adversary, malign actor, and irregular threat financing activities, vulnerabilities, and support networks.
Analyze financial, commercial, and open-source data to identify trends, anomalies, and indicators that support counter-threat finance (CTF) objectives.
Integrate financial intelligence analysis with broader Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Irregular Warfare (IW), and intelligence assessments.
Produce intelligence products, assessments, reports, and briefings that inform decision-makers on threat finance risks, networks, and opportunities for disruption.
Support non-kinetic targeting, network mapping, and operational planning efforts by identifying financial vulnerabilities and critical nodes within adversary networks.
Coordinate with interagency, joint, partner nation, and Intelligence Community stakeholders to support information sharing, deconfliction, and collaborative analysis.
Conduct research and analysis on foreign intelligence services, transnational criminal organizations, terrorist networks, and other threat actors to support mission requirements.
Utilize advanced analytic tools, OSINT, financial data sources, and emerging technologies to develop actionable intelligence and support operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting intelligence, counter-threat finance, financial investigations, law enforcement, or national security missions.
TS/SCI clearance required
Demonstrated experience conducting financial network analysis, intelligence research, and multi-source intelligence assessments supporting operational and strategic objectives.
Experience producing intelligence products, reports, and executive-level briefings for senior leaders, operational planners, and decision-makers.
Knowledge of Intelligence Community tradecraft, intelligence analysis methodologies, and financial intelligence (FININT) principles.
Experience utilizing OSINT, financial databases, link analysis tools, and advanced analytic platforms to identify and assess threat networks.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security Studies, or a related field.
Experience supporting Counter Threat Finance (CTF), Counterterrorism (CT), Irregular Warfare (IW), Transnational Criminal Organization (TCO), or strategic competition missions.
Demonstrated experience integrating financial intelligence with targeting, operational planning, network analysis, and influence activities in support of military or Intelligence Community operations.
