Assistant Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser with a strong interest in the apparel industry to join our dynamic merchandising team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Job duties:

• Assist the merchandising team in preparing customer orders.
• Arranging and processing fit samples.
• Ensure products deliver consistent fit and quality to customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Some administrative tasks.
• Stay up to date with legislation/requirements on textiles, clothing and labelling posed by the government and customers.

Skills & requirements:

• Possess strong mathematical skills and able to multitask.
• Details oriented with good organization skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and knowing Cantonese is an asset.
• Knowledge in textiles and clothing are an asset.
• Minimum one year related experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
