IT Support Specialist

We Are Hiring: Regional IT Support (L1/L2)

Are you a tech-savvy professional with hands-on IT support experience? We’re looking for a Regional IT Support Executive to manage and strengthen IT operations across multiple branch locations.

Location: Kalburgi | Nellore | Hyderabad | Hubli | Vijayawada

Experience: 1–3 Years (L1 / L2 Support)

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, networks, and branch IT systems
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with central IT teams for escalations
• Manage servers, systems, and branch-level IT infrastructure
• Drive IT initiatives like system upgrades, automation, and digital onboarding
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection standards
• Generate reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset management
• Travel across branches for on-ground IT support

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in NBFC / Banking / Microfinance / Similar Industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of network administration & core banking systems
• Understanding of cybersecurity protocols and compliance
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
