  • *Job Summary**

The Senior Data Scientist will lead the development and implementation of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI solutions for next-generation products. This role requires strong expertise in data science, machine learning, coding, and optimization systems, with a focus on driving enterprise-level, data-informed decision-making. In addition to delivering hands-on technical work, the Senior Data Scientist will mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and manage multiple large-scale projects with organization-wide impact.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Strategic Opportunities & Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define complex business problems.
  • Conduct ROI analysis to determine project feasibility.
  • Support the development of business cases for enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
  • Data Evaluation & Analysis
  • Identify appropriate data sources for solving business questions.
  • Extract, blend, cleanse, and organize data using automated ETL processes.
  • Visualize data to support understanding and decision-making.
  • Address data quality issues, including outliers and missing or incomplete records.
  • Model Building & Implementation
  • Select appropriate techniques and algorithms for model development.
  • Build, test, and refine machine learning and optimization models.
  • Develop applications and embed models for enterprise-level deployment.
  • Communication & Leadership
  • Participate in and lead discussions on modeling best practices.
  • Contribute to the organization’s data-driven vision and strategy.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and support their professional development.
  • *Requirements**
  • Education : Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field and 4+ years of experience.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and building ML applications using structured and unstructured data.
  • Extensive experience with distributed computing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying advanced ML and Deep Learning techniques in a business setting.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Python or another high-level scripting language.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • PhD in Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with model deployment, MLOps practices, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
