Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our faculty as a Massage Therapy Program Instructor. The successful candidate will support student learning by delivering engaging instruction, maintaining academic standards and contributing to a professional, student-centered learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver course content in accordance with the syllabus and college policies
- Prepare and present lessons that support student learning and engagement
- Assess student performance fairly, consistently and on schedule
- Maintain accurate attendance, grades and academic records
- Provide constructive feedback and support student success
- Communicate professionally with students, faculty and administration
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review and ongoing program improvement
Experience
- Licensed and in good standing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
- 2 years of experience as a massage therapist
- Supervising experience or teaching background is considered an asset (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to healthcare and therapeutic practices
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
