As we continue to grow across Quebec and Ontario, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help attract the talent behind our success, for both technical and corporate roles.

This high-impact contract mandate offers the opportunity to directly influence the quality of the teams delivering our projects.

Your Mission

• Attract and secure key technical and corporate talent
• Proactively approach passive candidates in competitive markets
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with project needs
• Advise and influence hiring managers with credibility
• Execute the full recruitment cycle with rigor and efficiency

This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven recruiter who thrives in competitive markets while building strong, respected, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Sourcing & Proactive Outreach

• Identify and actively engage talent through LinkedIn, targeted networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Build strong talent pipelines aligned with upcoming project needs
• Maintain ongoing market intelligence and awareness of industry trends

🔹 Performance-Oriented Execution

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
• Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards
• Present and close offers with professionalism and relational intelligence

🔹 Partnership & Influence

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify real business needs
• Provide candid market insights and challenge assumptions when necessary
• Act as a credible ambassador of the Broccolini brand

🔹 Continuous Improvement

• Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
• Introduce innovative practices aligned with our business reality
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition function

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong direct sourcing expertise, particularly for technical roles
• Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries (strong asset)
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
