Profile: Marketing Manager
Location: Sector-68, Noida
Working Days: 5 days working
Notice Period: Preferring who can join us immediately / or within 15-30 days
Note: We are seeking candidates who have experience working specifically in SaaS and product-based environments. We are not considering profiles from IT services or SEO backgrounds. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience executing strategies and managing paid campaigns independently, and must be able to clearly discuss ROI and performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand message across all channels.
Brand Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to optimize brand visibility and awareness.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and growth.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Create, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure that all digital campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message.
Audience Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage a broad audience through various digital channels.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other platforms to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to capitalize on new opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to gather and interpret data that informs marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Master/bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8 +years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on brand management.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
