Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC systems, including refrigerant systems, air distribution systems, and equipment controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Create material lists and ductwork markups from job sites
- Communicate effectively regarding job site conditions and project status
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures
- Identify and document issues that may impact schedules or project completion
- Work independently or collaboratively with a team
- Lead and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience
- HVAC Journeyman License preferred
- EPA Type II or Universal EPA 608 Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of controls, piping, VRF systems, and package unit replacement
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Availability for start times as early as 4:00 a.m.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must possess personal hand tools and drill for commercial HVAC work
- Valid driver’s license required
