Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and CRM role based in Ranchi. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Brightcode’s software, web, and app solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily activities include handling client inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and updating CRM systems with accurate and timely data. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and support after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role may also include conducting product demonstrations and participating in training sessions to stay current with Brightcode’s offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to prospect, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team development, guide junior staff, and help drive sales performance.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic IT/software concepts, especially in web, mobile, or software services, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets in a structured, client-focused environment.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in sales or account management.
• Prior experience in technology or software services sales is an advantage but motivated early-career professionals with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
