Job description

Customer Service Representative needed in Mississauga, ON.

Previous Customer Service work experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry is required.

Pay: $21.60/hour

Shift: 11:00am-7:30pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Taking calls/responding to customer inquiries/resolving issues/relaying to appropriate parties as required
Scheduling customer meetings
Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Customer Service experience within the Transportation/Logistics industry
Strong office administration/data entry skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Experience with transportation software
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently or as part of a team
