You have extensive experience working for Product and Tech roles, and you are open to taking up non-tech roles as well. You have 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, along with 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting. You possess a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, job posting, negotiation, etc.
Qualifications Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting. You have extensive experience working for Product and Tech roles, and you are open to taking up non-tech roles as well.
