Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Auditor (Qualified CA / Semi-Qualified CA) to strengthen our internal audit and compliance functions. The role involves evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and improving operational and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning and Execution

• Assist in developing and executing risk-based internal audit plans
• Conduct process audits, compliance audits, and operational reviews
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Document audit findings and prepare detailed audit reports

Risk Management and Internal Controls

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management systems
• Identify financial and operational risks and suggest mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements

Financial and Operational Analysis

• Perform analytical reviews to identify discrepancies and potential fraud risks
• Evaluate operational efficiency and adherence to best practices
• Support review of budgets and financial forecasts

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with department heads to resolve audit findings
• Provide guidance on strengthening internal controls and compliance
• Coordinate during external audits and regulatory inspections

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with accounting standards, tax laws, and industry practices
• Contribute to fraud detection and risk assessment frameworks
• Support automation and digitization of audit processes
• Visit company factory locations as required

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

• Qualified CA (ICAI or equivalent)
• OR Semi-Qualified CA (CA Intermediate / CA Final with relevant experience)

Experience

• Qualified CA: 0–3 years of experience in audit, finance, or compliance
• Semi-Qualified CA: 2–5 years of practical experience in auditing or accounting

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of internal audit, risk management, and compliance
• Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
