Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to F&B menu and purchasing guidelines
- Manage budgets, costs, labor, and cash flow
- Supervise banquet functions in collaboration with Operations
- Estimate food needs and schedule staff accordingly
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper storage
Requirements
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in culinary settings
- Experience with catered events is a plus
- Relevant culinary education or experience required
- Current ServSafe certification is essential
