Key Responsibilities:

Customer Quality Management:

  • Customer claim (warranty) management. 
  • Customer portal and score card management.               
  • Customer escalation management.                  
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationship.     

Warranty Management: 

  • Warranty data management: plan, monitor, strategy, data basis analysis.   
  • Warranty cost management (EDC): plan, monitor, strategy, target achievement.

Customer Claim Management:                      .                                                         

  • Analysis, Containment, Risk assessment, Coune-measure, LL.

Customer Interface:

  • Lead customer communication.
  • Customer oriented and customer satisfaction management.

Internal Communication:

  • Collaboration with plant quality, manufacturing, analysis lab and engineering to manage claims.
  • Report quality status to the stakeholder with transparency.
  • Q mind (quality to be developed by all) to the other functions.

Problem Solving:

  • Support Bosch plant and customers in problem solving through 8D process.

Customer Onsite and Dealer Support:

  • Urgent action at customer plant, dealer to handle quality issues.

                                                                                                                                                         

Required:

  • BS/BA Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive quality and customer communication.
  • Basic knowledge of Q-mthod and problem solving.
  • Customer oriented mind set.
  • Collaboration with production plants FleP and QueP.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to customer plants and dealers.
  • Stress resilience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with OEM warranty terms and chargeback process.
  • Knowledge of TS16949 requirements.
  • Social competence (persuasiveness/ empathy).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & strategic thinking.
