Position: Principal Teacher for Kindergarten to Grade 12

Location: Air Ronge

Lead the Horizon Colony School as a Teaching Principal, providing guidance and support for middle and senior-year students. This 100% permanent role with Border Land School Division commences September 8, 2026.

You will cultivate a positive educational atmosphere while teaching middle years subjects and assisting senior years through self-paced learning programs. With only 31 students, this role offers an opportunity to engage deeply with students and integrate strong relationships in a diverse community. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in effective classroom management and a firm understanding of multi-age teaching dynamics.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
